AI and Data Use Disclosure
Effective date: April 30, 2026
AI Mediator Role
The AI mediator helps identify shared goals, tradeoffs, questions, and possible deal packages. It does not decide outcomes, represent either party, provide legal advice, or determine whether terms are legally enforceable.
Privacy Boundaries
The app builds AI context from mediator-visible and shared fields. Private-only intake details should not be quoted or displayed to the other party unless the user changes the visibility choice.
Fairness Scores
Fairness scores are based on the parties' stated preferences. They are decision aids, not objective truth. Scores may be incomplete when fallback options, red lines, or issue weights are missing or unclear.
Usage and Cost Controls
Real AI calls are logged by session with estimated token use and cost. Monthly global and per-session limits are enforced to reduce accidental runaway usage.
Human Review Required
Before signing, relying on, or sharing an agreement draft outside the mediation workflow, both parties should review it carefully and consult a qualified attorney.
