Information We Collect
We collect account email addresses, session metadata, party display names, intake responses, proposal decisions, agreement drafts, audit events, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Private Intake Controls
Intake fields default to private where they may be sensitive. Private-only fields are not shown to the other party by default. Mediator-only fields may be used to shape summaries and proposals without quoting the confidential details.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the mediation workflow, generate proposal packages, draft preliminary documents, secure access, maintain audit trails, monitor reliability, and improve the product.
AI Providers
When real AI mode is enabled, mediator-visible and shared context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate summaries, proposals, or drafts. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share with the service.
Retention and Deletion
Session owners can delete sessions from the workspace. Deleted sessions are removed from normal product views. Backups and operational logs may retain copies for a limited period for recovery, security, and compliance needs.
Security
We use HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies, hashed access tokens, invite rotation, access revocation, database backups, and server-side API keys. No security measure is perfect, so avoid using the service for regulated or highly sensitive legal matters without a reviewed deployment plan.
